I'm Serhii — a Calgary-based personal trainer specializing in helping men with desk jobs get fit, strong, and pain free. If you spend most of your day sitting I can help you reverse the effects of sitting all day and build a body that feels strong, mobile, and good to live in. I offer in-person training in Southeast Calgary, and also work with online clients worldwide.

My approach focuses on strength training, mobility, and simple habits that fit into a busy schedule. No extreme diets, no wasted time — just structured training that delivers results. I work with clients to improve posture, reduce aches and pains , and build real lasting strength.

 

Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or just move better, I tailor the plan for you. Even program is build around consistency, proper form,  and long-term progress. I keep things straightforward, so you always know what to do and why you're doing it.

 

My goal is to help you look better, feel better, and perform better—both in and out of the gym.

My Approach

My coaching is built around real results, not generic workout plans. Whether we train online or in person, the goal is the same: build a stronger, leaner body that moves well, feels good, and fits your lifestyle long term.

 

For in-person training, I focus on hands-on coaching, proper technique, accountability, and pushing clients safely beyond what they’d do on their own. Every session is structured with purpose so you continue progressing without wasting time.

 

Online coaching gives clients the flexibility to train anywhere while still getting personalized programming, guidance, and support. I provide clear workout plans, exercise demos, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments based on performance, recovery, and lifestyle. Clients stay accountable through regular check-ins and communication, so they always know what to focus on next.

 

My approach combines strength training, mobility, conditioning, and sustainable nutrition habits to help clients improve how they look, move, and feel — without extreme methods or quick fixes.

Step 1: Fitness consultation

We start by getting a clear understanding of you—your current fitness level, goals, and relevant health history. This allows us to build a program tailored to both your short- term targets and long term vision.

Step 2: Personalized plan 

Using the information gathered, we create a structured fitness and nutrition plan designed to deliver  results. This includes  a customized training program, supplement recommendations, and a detailed meal strategy to support your progress.

All you need to do is show up and stay consistent. You won't have to worry about planning workouts or tracking sets and reps — I'll handle the details  so you can focus on training effectively and getting results without wasted effort.
